- Amenity transfer fee $150 (social membership) and $100 (golf membership for up to 4 players)
- Golf fees are $30 cart fee for 18 holes, $20 cart fee for 9 holes, $50 golf club rental
- Car transponder fee $50
- Security deposit $600 (fully refundable)
Upon booking, we will send you a lease agreement and a HOA application. Electricity included up to $75 per month. High-speed internet/Wifi, linen, towels, water etc. are included.
